Istanbul: Young, Cosmopolitan, and come alive at night

Istanbul is the largest city in Turkey located on both sides of the Bosphorus, the narrow strait between the Black Sea and the Marmara Sea, Istanbul bridges Asia and Europe both physically and culturally. By the mid 1500s, Istanbul, with a population of almost half a million, was a major cultural, political, and commercial centre. Industry has expanded even as tourism has grown. Istanbul: A world center of great value in the past as well as in the present, Istanbul embraces Asia on the one hand and Europe on the other. Istanbul is a huge city with several district articles containing sightseeing, restaurant, nightlife and accommodation listings — have a look at each of them.

95% of Turks are Muslim that nobody's drinking. But now, Istanbul has been a cosmopolitan city throughout much of its history. It has become more homogenized since the end of the Ottoman Empire. It is located in Bebek, over the Bosporus. Reina which has an outdoor complex sits on the edge of the Bosporus just near the first suspension bridge and Sortie which is a brand new club and expected to be one of the hottest clubs of Istanbul and both are the most famous summer clubs in Ortakoy.

It is famous bar in Kadikoy, with local house and techno DJs. Re-Fresh the Venue and Parkorman in Maslak has huge open-air venues. Les Ambassadeurs plays rock and jazz and usually has live music in Macka. Taksim Roxy is very popular club with Turkish and international pop and rock groups. It is the place for classic, modern, fusion and ethnic jazz Nardis Jazz Club in Galata or Istanbul Jazz Centre for international jazz artists’ performances in Ortakoy.
